It costs approximately $48,000 to build 1 house.
Donated money can go towards purchasing new building materials.
New and lightly used construction materials, tools, and household items can be donated to the Habitat Warehouse Outlet (formerly ReStore).
Organizations can sponsor a house
Volunteers can join one of our committees to help with everything from Church Relations to Family Selection.
Approximate Costs:
- Framing and Roof - $7000
- Foundation - $5700
- Plumbing - $3000
- Interior finishing - $3900
- Brick work - $2500
